How to use
Apply liberally to the chest and neck area to cool and soothe. This can also be applied to the bottoms of the feet and then cover with socks. We recommended diluting this for kids under 2 by taking as much as you need and then adding the same amount of another oil to it. Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Olive oil, etc. are all good choices.
